Chemical :

• We working with chemicals in our unit
• We have a chemical list in every relevant department
• We have MSDS (material safety data sheet)
• We are not working with high-toxic chemicals in our unit
• We not use high-toxic chemicals so no recorded at the Local public security bureau
• We keep our all chemicals and flammable goods stored properly
• We have control mechanism for chemical and effluent out flow

• We not have smoke detectors

• We provide workers with ear plugs in case of high noise levels in our factory

• We not have the environmental certificate for air & water
• We need it for our unit & applied for it

• We waste disposed correctly as per Indian law and regulations

• We provide for health and safety of staff & infrastructure.

• We not have a fire safety certificate for our building
• We applied for it
• We have enough fire exits and are there signs for the exits
• We have enough and working emergency lights
• Our all emergency exits unobstructed all the time
• We have enough and working fire extinguisher
• We have evacuation plot plans on every floor/every department
• We not held up fire drills/fire safety

• We maintain a fully stocked and current date first aid kit
• We have first aid boxes in every department
• No medicine overdue in the first aid boxes
• Nothing missing in the first aid boxes
• Our first aid boxes easily accessible
• Our workers trained for first aid
• We use safety helmets and gloves
• Our workers have protective clothing such as safety glasses, protective gloves or ear protectors etc. for their work
• We provide these protective clothes to our workers

• We not have hygienic conditions in and around our facility
• We have staff and worker toilets.
• They are separate for women.
• We make available potable drinking water to all staff and workers.
• We provide a clean and sanitized eating area for staff and employees .

• We provide Quality working conditions.

• We have adequate ventilation on the shop floor
• There enough space for all workers in the unit
• We maintain comfortable working temperature on the shop floor

• We maintain adequate lighting in the factory area
• All electric wiring covered with non-flammable material
• There is no any loose wiring in the unit
• There is sufficient illumination in all areas of the unit

• We have an initial check of employee back ground and application verification

• We have program for upgrading skill sets of employees
• We have product training program for employees
• We have policy document /manual for the company / factory
